Simple Description: Water surface can't be lit with flashlight
Detailed Description: Flashlight doesn't have any effect on water surfaces.
Reproducibility: Every time
How to Reproduce: Simply go near a water surface preferably at night, turn on the flashlight, and direct it to the water surface. You'll see that the water surface remains completely dark.

I'm not sure whether we're that far with our shaders technologically But it might be a bug indeed. I'll ask around.
