Adjust Impact Realism

Simple Description: Impact with small plants/shrubs stops vehicle
Detailed Description: Small plants and shrubs will either make vehicle come to a complete halt or deflect it off course. Realism setting need to be tweeked to allow the shrub to be destroyed and not impact the vehicle except at very slow speeds

Yeah this is also less of a bug and more a game mechanic choice. I agree that shrubs seem to take a bit too much to knock over. I think they should be a bit lower too.
