    Connecting Power

If you choose connect Power from the Generator to connect for example 20 Lights you have to click the Generator for every Lamp.
It woud be better that the connection mode will be turned on until you press T or Escape.

But for a first alpha i like the Game so far, it look realy nice and Handling is good.

I will give more Feedback in Future.

thanks a lot for your hard Work on this.

Totally Agree with this. It is a bit tedious having to go to the generator every time you have to hook up a bunch of lights instead of just staying in the Electricity Connect mode until we exit it.

So far though Really Enjoying the Alpha, haven't experienced too many issues either.

Yep. The connection mode should have a toggle or something after clicking on a power source.

But loving the alpha as of now other than the rare fps issues and hiccups now and then

I think power should start connected to powered items - forcing the player to manually connect each and every little thing feel like arbitrary busywork.

I like the idea of it, just needs some tweaking to make it work better. Maybe instead of clicking the motor then each part one at a time, click the motor and then just start selecting everything you want powered in one go.

Also allow for one generator to connect to another. This way when you need more power for your rover and you've already connected all your lines with the first generator the second one just provides more juice. This way we can build around and hide our power sources and use only one visible out front to power everything.
Also I think a "connect all on grid" button would be nice. It would be way easier when you need to power a base with a bunch of lights, doors and I can only imagine all the other equipment we'll have one day. And if we don't want something to be powered we can easily just disconnect it .

I like this as in idea but would prefer it as a separate block. Something like a Power Relay.
This way Generators would stay simple and we would also gain more flexibility with a Relay.

As an added bonus, perhaps the Power Relay block could be used for powering disconnected grids.

Oh yeah I am liking the relay idea. Just to add on it, maybe we have several different priority outputs on the relay so we have some control on what looses power when you have overloads.

Would love the concept of wiring though out a ship/station/base. Bigger power loads would need heavier cabling even coolant, relays and load balancing.

Smaller ships/rovers/structures and generators would just require a cable.

Something that has been lacking from other games, tough choices when the power supply isn't perfect.

The need to have everything hooked up with cable "blocks" could be quite tedious and would add some unnecessary frustration imho.

But considering that it seems the generator has a limited range, a power relay would be pretty useful. It would add quite a few possibilities, such as load-balancing or it could overheat if you try to move too much current on it.
