[Medium Priority] Terrain Material Bounciness
Terrain Material Bounciness
Over the past year people complained about the way how the objects bounce back from the terrain.
This was mostly linked with the vehicles ending upside down.
Is it not possible to reduce the Bounciness property of the terrain material?
Now blueprints can help to restore the vehicle and there are other more stringent issues to implement and solve in the game but the "realistic feel / immersion" is hurt by this behavior.
Such a bouncing behavior happened when the Philae tried to land onto the 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko comet but that has an icy surface and the gravity is extremely weak.
An example of bounciness can be seen in https://youtu.be/bHNpPS1or4U.
In that context seems good to simulate a small icy asteroid.
The other bug is about the ring. It should fall up once the center of gravity is below the center of planet.
It would be a cheap solution if in future when space travel is added, asteroids will have 0 gravity and stay immobile.

At 2:07 in the video, the block is removed after the laser effect from the multi-tool vanished.

It may just be me, but the bouncing seems like it got 10x worse at some point recently - I didn't have a problem with it for hundreds of hours and now all of a sudden it's like everything I build is made out of rubber.
