    [high priority] Forum Security Certificate has expired ...!!

    The forum's Security Certificate has expired. Every time I open a new page/thread/etc here, I get:

    Your connection is not private

    Attackers might be trying to steal your information from forum.planet-nomads.com

    (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
    NET::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY

    This makes it INSANELY difficult to post anything; it makes it impossible to post images anymore. :(

    Please fix this ASAP.

    The certificate isn't expired, exactly: Google Chrome is no longer trusting certificates issued by Symantec, starting with older certificates:
    https://knowledge.rapidssl.com/suppo...ewlocale=en_US

    Some information about why this is happening:
    https://security.googleblog.com/2017...-symantec.html

    This is actually the first I've heard of all this. I haven't finished reading the Google Blog post yet.

    Well, whyever it's happening, it basically puts my participation in these forums in the scuppers. It's going to take me at least three tries to post this reply - a simple bit of unformatted text. ::sigh::

    I was able to reproduce the problem with Chrome. Firefox and Edge do not have this issue.

    That's because Google has specifically DisTrusted all Symantec security certificates dated prior to June of 2016.

    Replacement certificates are absolutely 100% free .. the devs' web guy just needs to, you know, GET one, and then install it.

    "Chrome will distrust Symantec, Thawte, GeoTrust, and RapidSSL SSL/TLS certificate issued before June 1, 2016" On the one hand it is good for security, new cert is free and all, but on the other so annoying. T.T
    Hope the devs fix this 'bug' quickly. xD
