    Sugestion to the Conveyor Connector

    Hy there

Can the Dev's programming a On/off Button in the Radial Menue of the Conveyor Connector? And made them also steerable via Terminal?

Reason is, that we can build then easy Multiple Networks, for diffrent Ressources and for better Ressource and Base Management.

    Greetings from Switzerland, Shamara.

i made a system to do something like that using switchboards and hover pads as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-5COLzegT0
it is a little bulky but it really does help keep things organized. i also experimented with how the conveyors work to help with were things are placed

it is quite possible to do anything you want or need to in this game with the pieces we have, we just have to figure out how to put them together

Yeah, i had made toonight my invention too

    https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.n...DF8275CF74B86/ i call it " The Conveyor Connector On/Off Mechanical Switch "

It use 5 small Dampers, a Counterweicht and one Switchboard.

Funny thing is, in the Switchboard is the Conveyor Connector already in, you see that on these Radar Symbol on the Pic, where i use the Switchboard.

It was Funny to Invent it, but, if i think about the ressources, the Blocks, and what these Blocks use on the Rendercosts...

So, if the Conveyor Connector already programed in the Switchboard, why dont made it On/Off switchable too, like all other Active Blocks?

That will made much things easyer, and uses lesser Ressources (4 less Omega Electronics ;) ) and optimize some Render things. I think, the computing cost on such much blocks, for build one mechanical switch counts more, than programming an On/Off switch into its radial menue

    Greetings Shamara
