    Emails in spam

    Just an FYI to the forum moderators. The registration confirmation email was sent to my spam filter. As well as the emails to confirm profile email change.

    Do you use Gmail? I think the number of emails coming from the forums as a result of the influx of users (and subscriptions) has triggered Gmail's spam filters to start catching them. It happened to me earlier today with a thread subscription email.

    I had the same problem when trying to reset my password, I think it's what Glek was saying with the hug influx of mail being sent.

    I've had it happen a bit too. Aparrently gmail learns from users, so eventually enough clicking of the not spam button will stop it.
    I think there's a few other things that can be done though, Google has a guide on it

    Hi,

    What you can do to avoid this in the future:

    1. Create a filter, to never mark the no-reply email of the planet-nomads forum as "spam" and/or "junk"
    2. You can add the no-reply email of the planet-nomads forum to your contacts. (Contacts never end up in "spam" and/or "junk")

    And, as said above my message;
    Mark the messages from the forums you got in your "spam" and/or "junk" folder as "This is not junk/spam" ;)
