I was able to cut that bum leg off after a few tries, another leg was acting up too. it may have to do with the hinge being locked at an angle supporting the weight?
Thanks for the help and...

i know its EA and i agree a wipe for being able to fill holes and also build mountains wouldnt be that bad seeing as they were able to give us all our stuff back with the last wipe(best stacks ever...
Yes it can be done but not with PN currently because of the terrain generation they use. I'm just suggesting something that might be possible without having to rewrite the terrain generator resulting...
well it could be added that the undo will only be available if no block has been placed after the last dig. but its an idea for the "hole" situation. we cant fill holes but maybe im sure someday...
i think i may have answered my own question....

Would it be possible to keep 2 or 3 levels of recent terrain changes to be used as an "undo" feature of the multitool for mis-digs.
i know the current terrain generation cant allow adding terrain...
i wasnt low really. been trying to free up space on my SSD but couldnt figure out why i was missing so much. i have about 265 seperate save files so it tends to add up.

If you do regular backup and rollback saves as i do it might be a good idea to clean out the old ones.Been trying to free up some space on my SSD to discover my saves folder is just over 8GB. Time to...
from my experience they only go nuts when you power them when they are connected to the same grid or another connected grid. can have the same effect if not more so than the wheels
i started working on the inventory system in episode 12

what it could be is maybe the pads only interact with blocks within 2 blocks but maybe area of the pad that affects blocks stops at the edge of the ring and doesnt count the small tips on the outside...
ive seen the same thing. to me it seems like the hitbox of the hoverpad is touching the wall. thats why i started adding hoverpads around the outer ring facing in to avoid those "dead zones"
My attempt at a bi-pedal has failed again

I agree. Grids should be able to snap to each other if they are aligned enough. I have done it in Medieval Engineers but it resulted in my farmhouse raising up 2 feet. It could be done here but what...
Don't give me any ideas...... Too late :P
thats something to try tomorrow. i was using small block to keep weight down. i just tried with the wheel on the feet and unlocking the wheels on the suspensions....and it didnt go too well lol. but...
i have thought about using wheels as grip pads for traction but maybe it can "trick" the game into thinking it should move. the wheels that are there are on rotating plates just being used as spring...
I did think of that but more than likely would just skip and spin like the one above. I have thought about this and i have an idea. Just needed to rethink what walking actually is...
